Question about time clock

If a team winds the clock down to :03 then calls time out to kick a game winning FG, makes the FG, but is called for holding penalty which the defense accepts, are they given an untimed FG attempt after the yardage is marked off, or does the game end and don't get another shot?

Wouldn't the points come off the board and the game would be over? Hell last year Romo threw a TD pass on the last play of a game but they were caught holding. Points came off the board and game was over. Game cannot end on defensive penalty but can on an offensive penalty.

if he made the kick and you decline the penalty the points stay

do you have some inside knowledge of how LSU is gonna get screwed on Saturday?

Well no shite but no team would ever do that. You accept the penalty, points come off the board, and there's no time left on clock so game is over. Offense does not get an untimed down after an offensive penalty.

That's why I was confused. It seems like it happened to me on NCAA Football video game or something once apon a time but couldn't remember for sure and this weekend I watched a team take the clock down to :03, and it got me thinking
