With Missouri likely headed to the east, which makes no sense geographically, it seems like the divisions should be renamed. Instead of doing something queer like Legends and Leaders (Big 10) I'd like the divisions renamed the SEC North and SEC South. With the championship game being called the Civil War.

Only change would be UF to south and maybe OM to north.

No, no, and no. TAMU in the West, Mizzou in the East.

They already have a game called the Civil War. Oregon and Oregon State right?

It makes completely sense in terms of travel.

How about West and East?

I don't care if Missouri is more west than any of the teams in the East and the teams in the West.

We aren't going to change our banners.

How about changing the conferences every year based upon the records from the previous year and taking into account geography and rivalries.

I'd like something like soccer where the top 60 teams or so are in an upper division and the rest are in a lower division and the 5 at the bottom of the upper and top of the lower switch divisions every year.
