Both are on my wavier wire due to injury and people not planning correctly for for bye week. Which one should i pick up? I cannot pick up both because we can only have 4 rbs and 3 wrs (vice versa also)

Well both might be out for many more weeks, maybe even after the bye weeks. So I can see why they are dropped
