I have been every time we have played there since '03. Cant wait to go this year. In 2007, LSU fans basically invaded Tuscaloosa. There were way more LSU fans there that came for the experience and did not have tickets. It was amazing to see that many fans on a road trip. Do y'all think more fans make the trip this year then in '07?

I hope so. I want the LSU nation to invade Tuscaloosa again.

I'm not because I don't have a ticket and there is a 95% chance I get in a fight and/or arrested if I watch the game at a T-Town bar, especially Gallettes (sp?)

I am going, but since its at night, I am leaving t-town to head back to Hoover around 4. If stay for the game I know I would get in a fight somewhere on the strip after the game.

I don't look for them, but with the tension around this weekend, if a Bama rubbed a loss in my face, I'd lose it. And I'd probably drunkenly rub a win in their face as well...

I know my limits

I am going with a big group. Some have tickets. The rest like me don't have tickets. I have had a ticket the other times I have gone. Is there a good place to watch the game that any of y'all can recommend? Preferably a place that isn't that hostile where people will be looking for a fight.

Thanks in advance.

my advice if you want to watch the game, either find some big lsu tailgate party that has tvs, or perhaps head to BWW on McFarland. I woudldn't advise watching the game on the strip or downtown tuscaloosa.

Everytime I've been to Ttown and watched the game on the strip (3 times) I've seen a lot of fights.

Thanks. We will probably be watching it a tailgate I'd imagine. Definitely not messing with the strip on Saturday during or after the game. Friday..yes!

I don't see the point in avoiding the strip during or after the game.

I got into a fight at Gallettes (sp?) a couple years ago. We were both at fault, but when he started laughing at the PP out of bounds call in my face and pointing at me, I lost it.
