Not that Hebert is playing like a slouch, but I was wondering if anyone knew when we would get Lonergan back. I have noticed a bit more duress in our qb's since he's been gone.

Bama

TBOB is a solid utilitly lineman, fortunate to have him.
Plus he hasnt been 100% either.

yea, and he gets trashed unmercifully on here. TBob's got game no matter what is said by the preponderance of 18 yr old video game heros.

It is nice to have him to fill in at multiple positions.

That being said, with Lonergan back, I wouldn't be surprised if we go big against Bama, meaning Williford and Blackwell at G for most of the time, with T-Bob spelling.

Agreed. Thank God we have him. That being said, all will agree that it will be good to have Lonergan back. I just hope he is indeed recovering and could have played Saturday.

Tbob is the ultimate team player and a leader in the clubhouse. We are lucky to have a high character guy like that who can play anywhere. He's not the best lineman in the country (gets pancacked regularly) but what an asset to the team.

Man, the guy is starting on the #1 team in the nation and performing more than admirably. Outstanding offensive lineman.

Lonergan practiced all week and did okay, but not 100%. If this past Saturday was Bama he would have played.

Those high ankle sprains take a little longer to heal.

Are we watching the same games? T-Bob is a good guy but has been the weak link on the O-line for two years. He is consistantly getting pushed back into the backfield and is pancaked alot.

Glad he's a Tiger and is OK when spelling the better O linemen, but he's a liability against a team like Bama.

...I, like many, understand he does struggle with strong NTs. BUT, this past week he was on fire with seamless transitions to the second level. Kid had one of his better games and I suspect it has a lot to do with getting healthy.

Lonergan was probably good to go against AU, but why risk him reaggravating the injury or getting injured again. He will have had 3 weeks of rest by the time the 'Bama game gets here and that should be a tremendous help.

BullShite!!! TBob can play ANY POSITION on the line at any time. That has to be admired!!! He has done a great job at filing in wherever he is needed. I still can't wait to see us with all hands on deck in two weeks......
