If he can return punts and kickoffs, then maybe.

Only receivers that have a chance this year would be Justin Blackmon and Randy Broyles. Both play in super pass happy systems with a crazy amount of targets going their way. Sammy Watkins is making a big case as a do-it-all receiver but being a true freshman will hold him back.

He is not even the best WR in the country and maybe not the best in the league (Alshon?).

its hard to say who is and who isnt the best wr in the nation. when you look at these offenses like oksate that throw the ball a hundred times a game of course someone like blackmon will put up monster numbers. put rueben in an offense like that and see what his numbers would look like. not saying hes the best but he is in the conversation.

Robert Woods and Blackmon are better in my mind. Sammy Watkins is in the discussion as well. Floyd, Jeffery, and Broyles are all just as good if not better.

College football has some very good WRs this year.
