shite, I just sat down to watch the 3rd episode on my DVR.

I guess Playboy has the anti-Midas touch these days...

As bad as playboy club is, Whitney should have been cancelled so much sooner.

You really do - although to be fair, I REALLY thought that about DWTS.

Did Whitney get better? I know some of the more popular sitcoms over the years had shitty pilots so that might be the case with Whitney..

Everything's either unionized or good ole boy network in Hollywood so I imagine there isn't much flow of new ideas into town, especially when those ideas have to fit the preexisting formulas.

Anyone kept watching this? Should I continue? I laughed once in the pilot.

I watched the first episode and have rest dvr. I guess I keep expecting GOB when he is in a new sitcom and always get disappointed.

What's so bad about Whitney?

ETA: I've never seen an episode, but most people here seem to hate it.

Saw this one coming a mile away. I'm gonna guess Pan Am is on the chopping block to. People trying to cash in on the retro Mad Men theme, but I guess they didn't consider the fact that Mad Men may actually be a good show.

I've liked Person of Interest and Revenge thus far. Hope those two are able to stick around.

The little bit I watched of it.. it just seemed too cliche and unoriginal. I would put it in the same category as a show like "According to Jim". In my opinion, it didn't have anything that stood out that makes it unique...

I actually kinda liked this show. Yeah I know they were trying to cash in on the whole Mad Men 60s era success, but this show entertained me more than all the annoying reality shows on tv these days.
