What's the reason for De la Puenta starting over Tennant?

I am one that is wondering about this as well. I am sure that he is better being the fact that he is starting over Tennant. Was De la Puenta even on our roster during training camp?

He has outplayed him. DLP has looked better than Kruetz at least on running plays, especially short ydg, where Kruetz has been awful.

DLP has bounced around quite a bit. He may have been miscast as a C. He's seemingly shining at C.
