LSU Commercial

The LSU commercial during the game is reminiscent of a cartoon and barely touts anything about the University except the colors Purple and Gold, Shaq and BTE. It then mentions Maxime Faget, who I don't know (finance guy), briefly at the end.
Doesn't the University have more to offer than Purple and Gold and sports? Look I don't believe LSU is a great University, but that advertisement reflects the quality expected from an ITT commercial.

I remember an ad for USF during the Pitt game promoting the quality of the education much more so than LSU and being impressed (Sorry can't find the ad). In the recent US News ranking, LSU ranked 128 while USF ranked 181. I graduated nearly 2 years ago and have been completely ashamed of Career Services and embarrassed by the recent ad.

The LSU ads are almost always bad. They have a year to come up with something to sell the university and seldom make anything worthwhile.

The one good thing Ole Miss does is their commercials. They have had Morgan Freeman narrating some and its pretty awesome.

people from the rant would probably just be happy with football highlight videos as ads for LSU.
