"Texas A&M president R. Bowden Loftin told CBSSports.com Saturday he expects the Aggies to be in the SEC "shortly". After joining a Big12 presidents' conference call this week, Loftin said the Big 12 is committed to going forward "without us."

He said this at half time Sat night and just sorry aTm lost a tuff one tonight vs Cowboys as we need to back our new potential member....

Awesome link. I missed it yesterday morning. LSU has never played in a venue like that? You've got to be kidding me. Every school in the SEC (minus Vandy, Kentucky, and Ole Piss) is just as tough as Morgantown. (I would think).

Morgantown was almost unstoppable with those short passes and spread offense, but they sure helped us beat them.

But the bright news is that it sounds like aTm may be free to fly soon, unless the Big Confusion League starts crumbling again, perhaps with Missou wanting out.

Kentucky's stadium is just as tough as Morgantown when we're decent, so I'm not sure where you got that.

Oh, well I still stand by my statement.

And FWIW, Corso was talking about stadiums.

Lol. Whatever. WVU is in the top hardest places to play, and top 25 loudest. UK is nowhere on either list.

Maybe you should worry about selling out your stadium, or generating revenue, then maybe when the BE collapses another conference might consider you. I can't blame WVU fans for falling back on something that's for the most part not tangible. The tangible aspects don't really work in their favor.

Um. We do sell out and we are 15th in apparel and ahead of Kentucky in profitability LINK. And that's without the SEC handing us money like they do UK's football program.

Please just stop before the facts continue to embarrass you.

Then why aren't you on this list of the top 30 attendance for 2010? Teams like UNC who averaged only 58k are on this list, and yet WVU with a capacity of 63k is nowhere to be found.

LINK

Congrats, you're one rank head of Kentucky in revenue. SEC money is not included in revenue.

We Seat 60,000 not 63,500. Also last year we had coastal Carolina and UNLV at home and many fans were protesting Bill Stewart still being our coach. The students started boycotting games for the most part yet still turned a good profit. (averaged over 56k)

As far as revenue, UK is in the might SEC. They give you big $$$ from tv deals. WVU doesn't have that income yet still paces high. But again. Your stadium is nowhere near as hard of a place to play. You will find no one outside of UK claim that.

Who are you again? I'm not butthurt. Dilrod is just upset that Kentucky brings more football wise than WVU. It really puts things in perspective.

eta: UK had Akron, Charleston Southern, and WKU at home last year, so I'm not sure what your point about UNLV or Coastal Carolina was.
