If the PAC 12 is staying the same and OU and Texas work out an agreement, does Baylor sign the waiver? Or will ATM have to wait a year?

Basically, what does this news mean for aggie? Is it good or bad? Seems to me they would want Big 12-2-1 to fall apart so no buyout and no threat of legal action. Help a Brotha out!

I'd say its neutral. The main complaint from Baylor was supposed to be that it was because the Big12 was going to fall apart if A&M left. Since OU and UT are staying to make the Conference work seems to me like that argument is out the window.

ETA: Neutral because there will be a Buy-out now.

If mizzou leaves too Baylor might keep bitching.

I thought I remembered reading that if Oklahoma left, Baylor would drop the suit because there would be no conference to keep going. Now that Okie has decided to work on staying, Baylor will probably keep the lawsuit going.

SEC should just say we've changed our minds. Thanks but no thanks to A&M. They could work on changing the big 12 with Oklahoma.

Baylor will never sign a waiver.

We will be official member of the SEC later this week in spite of this.

I agree. I think as long as Mizzou and everyone else agree to stay and the conference pick up at least 1 more team they let A&M bolt without much ado.

Let's hope not. You're not worth the hassle. Let's just play you in the future long term, something like the Arkie/Aggy thingy in Dallas.

BTW, for those Pod dreamers, I think most of them forgot that aggy is committed to playing Arkie in Dallas for another seven years. Are they willing to give up another home game for a pod system?
