Whether it's peewee, junior high, college, or NFL I will never understand why an offensive coordinator would rather hand the ball off 5 yards in the backfield or pass the ball on with 2 yards or less needed for the 1st down. I mean essentially a QB could fall forward and stretch the ball out for the 1st down/touchdown. Especially on the 4th and 2 when the DT's are head up over the guards leaving a gap over center to run or dive through

you are a moron if you think Brees would've scored there. The Packers D line got very low and blew up our Oline and the linebackers stopped any action over the top.

Exactly, I mean I just don't understand it. 4th and short for the 1st down and instead of double teaming the tackle and shopping the other or hell just triple teaming the DT to either side with the center guard and tackle with the QB pushing behind the center should be a 1st down almost everytime but instead you drop back 3 yards, roll 5 yards to the right and look for a pass that could or could not be caught?
