Is John Kasey officially the starting kicker until Hartley is healthy?

Just curious because I picked up Kasey for my fantasy team.

No they asked drew brees to put aside his quarterback reps for the week and start learning how to kick fg's and xtra pts.

If Kasay looks as bad tonight as he did against the Titans, he might not be the starter for very long.

Don't see how this is really a bad question. A kicker could get picked up at anytime and be ready to start. It's not like a kicker needs to learn a team's system.
