Just wondering how do you like them?

Muck boots in general are fantastic, but tend to be hot. The armored version would be even hotter than the neoprene, I would think. Just something to consider. How much insulation is in them?

Roll those things down. Not nearly as warm them.

It doesn't say how many grams of insulation is inside the boot...just says it come with 100% breathable Airmesh Lining that provides an "unmatched comfort range without the sweat and heat build up", and also "unmatched comfort rating range of 70F degrees to -20F degrees".

I don't need snake boots, but my LaCrosse's finally gave up the ghost this past turkey season. I need to replace them. Thanks for reminding me. I'll look at Mucks, but I will probably go with the 'ol Alphas again.

I will. If I tell them the OB sent me, do you think they will cut me a deal?

If they do I'll go get another pair
I'd like to get a pair of their camp shoes or something like that for when it's warmer

I've got some mucks, just over the ankle, perfect for going to the barn and feeding in the morning. Also wear on the stand.
Love them.

I do when it is dry, but where I hunt is usually midcalf in mud and water during bowseason, so I can't.

I've had a pair for about three years and like them for their intended purpose. Not quite as comfortable as the other Muck boots because of the stiff upper. You won't be rolling these down like the other Muck styles. They have kevlar in the upper. The other Mucks are more comfortable but when you need a snake boot they are you're best bet
