Is it quicker to take I-10 or 190 to get to I-49?

190 is about 15-20 minutes faster. And yes, that's if you go the speed limit on 190. If you don't, you will get pulled over.

190 is shorter, watch for speed traps. They will be out in full force I'm sure.

They were doing some bridge construction and added some lights on 190 that had it really screwed up the last time I took it. I really don't notice much difference

When you do make it to 49 from 190 don't speed through Washington. Worse speed trap than anything on 190.

190 -- something bad happens on 190 you go around. Something bad happens on that I-10 bridge -- instant parking lot.
