I mean,would you as a parent really want your kid coming to Baton Rouge where your athlete child is fighting at bars and getting shot at?

You're right. They should go to Tenn. where players commit armed robberies, or Tuscaloosa where they'll get swept up in a tornado, or Notre Dame where they could be crushed by a lift during high winds.

Since bar fights involving non athletes happen almost nightly at every university I guess you will home school them then. If you raise your children with proper discipline it minimizes your worries once they are on their own. It doesn't remove them but you are more confident in your child handling these situations. Plus bar fights are generally not life or death. Some times life lessons can only be learned from experience.
