Whether JJ was involved in the fight or not, he broke teams rules and regs. Should he be suspended for the first 3 games, regardless of the police investigation?

YES.

We will need more information to come out, if all he did was break curfew, punish, but no suspension.

Innocent until proven guilty...I seem to remember hearing that somewhere.

Yes. Along with all others who broke team rules (curfew). Over/under at 60 others.

In other news, I got my playbook for the Oregon game.

No, should not be suspended for 3 games for curfew. We don't even know if fight was his fault yet or what his actual part was. Wait for the facts.

With all of the conflicting information coming out, we need to wait for the investigation to finish and the facts come out before we judge anybody.

Wouldnt it be terrible if the facts came out and we unnecessarily suspended anyone, JJ or anyone else, for something they did not do?

There is a major difference, IMHO, between the penalty for breaking curfew (which we knew they did) versus potential 2nd degree Battery (which we do not know who did if anyone).

We have a team that can and will beat Oregon no matter who plays, so lets just all chill out, wait for the facts, and let Les make his judgement and do the right thing. He has proven that he will by his past actions and I have faith that he will in this case also.

Of course, I know that is asking a lot from the RANT!!

I actually believe this would work to LSU's advantage. Miles needs to get ahead of this and control what he can.

Name one player on any team that has ever been suspended 3 games for breaking curfew.

NO. JJ and the other 4 were asleep in bed in their apartment at the time. I have it on good authority by a 2 year old that was bed checking for the team.

NO. sure, he broke curfew and if you suspend him for that you must suspend all others breaking curfew. sounds to me like you are after JJ. give him a break man, HE MAY BE INNOCENT.
