Witness to brawl on WWL this am.....

A Penn St undergrad getting his masters at LSU was 20 ft from the incident and saw the entire episode unfold. He said he doesn't have a dog in the fight and doesn't even follow fb....so maybe he's the unbiased witness police are looking for and will give his statement to police tomorrow.
FWIW he said the driver of the vehicle was more the instigator trying to get his vehicle out of a bad situation. Said JJ was a bystander and peacemaker more than anything. Did not recognize any of the involved until he saw news reports. Bob Delgiorno cut him off and would not let him proceed until he talked to police.

It is reasonable to believe someone would recognize JJ before anyone else on that team. Especially a lineman, backup lb, and a freshman
