The background is just a light blue rectangle. I placed the Spurs logo on top of that. Then I placed the team logos, names and dates in the proper places and finished it off with a weathered/textured look on top.
That effect is actually pretty simple - find a good "grunge" image on Google, make it black and white, paste it on top of everything and then adjust the opacity.
I'm debating on putting the "Tottenham Hotspur" text below the logo. What do you guys think?
Once I get this perfected for Spurs, I'll take requests for other teams as well. If I can get good, high quality logos, I'll do any team.

I don't think you need to put Tottenham Hotspur underneath. It looks good as it is, it's nice and clean. You don't want it cluttered up too much.

Yeah. I was thinking the same thing. Just a few more tweaks, and I think it'll be finished.
Looks like there are enough decent versions of Bundesliga team logos out there that this would be possible for those teams as well.

The main thing I'm looking at is the space in between the schedule where the main logo is. I just realized that the Spurs logo is a lot thinner than most other EPL logos. So I'm going to look into either moving out the schedule on this wallpaper or just adjusting the spacing on each wallpaper separately based on the logo. I think I'm leaning towards the latter. I don't think the design would look as good with more space between the logo and schedule.
ETA: Just noticed one more thing. I'll need to adjust the location of the league logo at the bottom of the screen. I designed this WP based on the resolution of my office computer. I just applied it to the desktop and noticed that the Windows bar at the bottom covers part of the logo. I'm either going to raise it up a little or move it completely to the top right corner.

I see that HH wants a Bayern version; I'm also going to make ManU, City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea versions. Anyone out there want one that I haven't listed? It may be a few days before I can pump a lot of these out...but I enjoy working on them.

Also for the schedule part could you line it going down on the left or right part of the screen with no other logos?

If possible, could you do a Celtic/OL one? Celtic on one side, OL on the other, maybe have the crests merged?
If not, just give me one or the other.
