First, he's not riding, the bike is
stationary. You can see where the chop
on the water is fanning out smooth from
each wheel. Probably truthful in that
it's not photoshopped but the wheels are
seated on a thick plexiglass platform, attached
to a rig to the bottom in what I'm
guessing to be shallow water (which,I agree you
can probably see the connection under his right foot.)
Beyond that, you're witnessing the Second Coming
on a bicycle.
