Just bought some fresh lump crab meat.....

I'm looking to either saute it or throw it in with a spinach salad but I would like something entirely different.

Any suggestions from the FB experts would be appreciated.

Cook it into a beurre blanc sauce and top a salmon fillet with the whole concoction.

That's what I did the last time I had some lump crab meat, turned out great.

That's what I usually do with it, but we'll both be executed at noon tomorrow for combining cheese and seafood.

Make a light white sauce, stir in the crabmeat and serve over pasta.
