Does anyone else find the Netflix interface less than desirable?

They recently changed the interface here and I don't think I like it. Also, I do ratings to get suggestions and sometimes the suggestions are solid, but other times I don't want suggestions or to even have my ratings affect whats displayed. Can this be turned on/off? I primarily look for and through the instant movies so maybe thats my problem. I don't know, am I the only one who finds the website to be somewhat lacking in terms of usability?

I know I don't like the PS3 interface. I'd like to be able to add or change the genre's they show, and then be able to browse by title and rating within a genre. They rely way too much on thinking they know what you want.

I hate the new layout... The other one was way better

It takes longer to browse through the movies

I like the online interface better than the ps3's. I mean with it you either watch what's in your instant, or you brown the 5 or 6 genres (75 movies in each) they give you and that's it. You can't manage your Q and it's a shot in the dark searching.

The one feature I've really found myself wanting is the ability to search for actors and actresses on the XBOX360 application. I WANNA SEE EVERY AMY ADAMS MOVIE THEY HAVE!!!!

at least they added a search function to the ps3 interface.
Baby steps, netflix. Baby steps

Is that movies or actors? Because 360 has movies but I want actors as well.

They took away the choice to see movie listings in Gallery View or Sortable View. Sortable was good because you could arrange movies according to rating.

I find it supremely annoying... I wish there were a way to change it in account management.

The new format blows.
Takes forever for browsing pages to load as well. When you go on the Netflix Blog, the post that announces their new format won't even allow new comments, as it reached a 5,000 comment threshold. Subscribers aren't too happy.
I ended up calling Netflix customer support just to complain the other day. The only way to get them to do anything about it is to call and voice your complaint.
