For those that don't already know about South Alabama Football...

We played as an unclassified team in 2009 and 2010. In 2011 and 2012, we will be an FCS Independent/Transitional FBS. In 2013, we'll be a full-fledged member of the Sun Belt.

Don't let people hate. You are a big fan of your team and looking forward to them expand. I admire that, especially considering you know they are probably about starting to lose a lot before they get good enough to compete.

South Alabama is just a big community college,90% of the students drive to campus from the area. Also Mobile will never give it enough support. Just read the paper and you will see nothing but bama and auburn. This is not just football but all of USA's sports programs......Sad but true

No. But I think being a fan of an up and coming program like that is. I'm not saying I'm going to worship the dude, but with all the bandwagon jumping fools I see on here, rooting for a program like this is somewhat admirable.

At least your supporting the team. I'm not trying to talk shite, but I don't see many people supporting the jags around town. Most everybody I encounter are talking Bama, Auburn, or Saints football.
