Need help with Tuna

I don't cook much fish. I have some tuna but don't really no what to do with it. Any suggestions?

Open can, mix with mayo, put on bread. Pretty simple stuff.

ETA that is if we are talking steaks. If not see above post.

ETA2 yeah, you are gonna want that puppy pretty rare. If I have really fresh tuna I just barely hit the two sides with high heat and it is borderline room temp in the middle.

Cut 1" steak.
Salt, pepper, olive oil.
Heat olive oil in skillet to med-high.


Cook around a minute on both sides for rare.

I used this recipe last time I had some fresh tuna.

It was awesome, but i only seared it about 1-2 minutes per side instead of the 3-5 suggested in the recipe.
