Wow. RT @DuckFootball Oregon CB Cliff Harris was cited by state police early Sunday for driving 118 mph in a 65 zone, on a suspended license

Oregon isn't stupid, he will play. The suspended license is the key, but they might suspend him "indefinitely", and days before game prep begins, he'll be reinstated for good behavior.
