I'm passing through NOLA in 2 weeks and just made reservations at Cochon. What are some of the must gets on the menu? Apps, dinner, desserts, drinks..

Agree. I was a fan of the woodfire oysters, bbq ribs with pickled watermellon, poached egg and mushroom plate. Everything we had was really good, but those stood out. Also they made a grade A Old Fashioned.

I used some of the habanero sweet potato hot sauce, last night. Good stuff.
