Suggestions for marine handheld gps

Any alternatives to the the garmin GPSMAP 78sc? Anyone have one? Just want something with marine maps, waterproof, floats and can store tracks. A screen bigger than 2.6" would be nice. TIA

Most of them you have to buy a card for. Mine has the marsh in good detail, but I bought a $100 South Louisiana Waterways chip.
