You need to find a local FFL to have the gun shipped to. Once it is there they will transfer it to your name. Most FFL holders will have no problem faxing or mailing a copy of their license to the seller.

There used to be a reloading supply shop on Siegen near Jim's that was cheaper. Dunno if they're still around though, they might have moved.
