Should teams forced to forfeit Bowl Game wins be forced to payback bowl payouts?

... If the NCAA finds a team guilty of NCAA infractions and said team participates in a bowl game prior to being found guilty, should the team be forced to payback bowl payout(s)?

would be hard to do because the money is split through the conference (excluding notre dame).

The teams earned the paycheck by playing the game. People went to and watched the game. It doesn't matter about anything else.

I think they should. Also, I think every NCAA member should be forced to adopt a ticket policy that if a team is declared ineligible for a game, the ineligible team has to refund the face value of the ticket. This alone will effectively police this kind of thing better.

Conferences would quickly adopt a rule excluding offending members from the bowl pie for however long it takes for them to pay up. And if the school leaves a conf while in debt, heavy exit fee.
