Paul Mainieri changes to be made both personel and coaches?

Ok, now that we know are fate for this year is anybody hearing any news start to come out about players who are being cut or coaching changes?
Lynn Rollins said on the radio last week he has heard Paul Mainieri is going to bring in somone with a MLB pitching background as pitching coach and that David Grewe is gone.

i would prefer someone with college experience as pitching coach

To be quite honest (and I don't think Javy should be back) the baserunning has stunk the entire time Mainieri has been here. Though to his credit with the exception of Mahtook I think the amount of people getting picked off did go down this year.
