Ideas for wild boar tenderloins?

I'm gonna grill 'em, just looking for marinade ideas. All help is appreciated.

wild ones will dry out quickly.. DON'T overcook.
with pork, i personally like black pepper, and acidity: lemons, limes, etc.

Hopefully its a bar or a little young boar. Mature boar can get funky.

We shoot and eat wild hogs. Only the sows though. The boars we feed to the cyotes. Only way is low and slow. You could sear it on a hot grill first to add some smoke. Bake at not over 220 F in a covered dish for hours.

We've also laid them on a grill over mesquite coals from the camp fire and it was damn fine. But when you're that inebriated anything tastes good.

I marinate in a mixture of milk/soy sauce/tabasco sauce.

Soak the boar in pet milk. It will be less gamey.

Soak in Italian dressing, Tabasco, and garlic butter....then just add some pepper before grilling

I like using dales steak seasoning.....get the green bottle (low sodium)....then coat in pickapepper sauce and throw on the grill. I like to continue to coat my in PP sauce will grilling
