How will flooding effect crawfish availability?

I'm not sure about this. The water will be too high to fish them in many places. The crawfish will be in the trees trying to survive. And if the water stays up the catch won't go up for a while. It will make a later season though for the wild caught. So far this year, the wild crop has not been very strong.
