I think it would be great to get Randall Cobb from Kentucky. If this guy falls to the third round, he could fill the void left by Bush leaving. He could be very similar fo a much cheaper price. IMO

Ohhhh good call dude. I forgot about him. However, Bush isn't going anywhere. Would still love to get Cobb to help out with our return game.

there have been multiple simularities over the last few years.....and more productive ones at that. I think the idea of grooming a replacement should have started a few years ago. Dexter McCluster, Jamaal Charles, Joe McKnight, and many others come to mind.

If Bush is gone, the Saints wont be looking to replace him. I think they switch to something like an Ingram on 1st and 2nd down with PT our 3rd down back. Ivory will be the back-up.

Why are Saints fan so hard to give up Reggie. I don't get the ever-dying love fest. He has never shown to be worth the millions we pay him. He has a few shining moments every year, but it's way too inconstant, and has show he can't be a premier running back in this league.
Yes he serves as a distraction on the field, but that's about the most valuable thing he has done.

Because we don't win the Super Bowl without him.

And I know as soon as he goes somewhere else, that light is gonna switch on he's gonna be really good. I'm just hoping he's still here when that happens

I don't care about the money he's made but I'm upset about the lack of consistent production and ability to stay on the field.

Cobb will be long gone by the time we pick at #72.

I'd like to keep him but only for the right price.

No. We need a good LB next. If we can't put up enough points to win with the skill players we currently have, Cobb will not be the answer.

Unfortunately, this is not a good draft for lb's. I think we need to try and fill that void via free agency. Secondly, Reggie is at his best playing from the slot, and Cobb would fit that role. He may not be there, but it would be nice.
