My brother just bought one, I told him to let me know how it does. The guys on some of the bass fishing forums think they're junk, but it seems like they think everything that doesn't cost a left nut is junk. Let us know how it does, I'd love to not buy another $10 spro frog if I can help it

And +1 on the H2O cranks

i looked at em side by side and couldnt justify the price difference. looked beter than the scum frogs they had for sure. i'm gonna start trying some of the other H20 lures also. do you have any idea what they offer in soft plastics ? i'm usually all Zoom or G Yamamoto but i like trying out different stuff too

Not a big fan of H20 just because I've had 2 crack on me during normal use. To each his own I guess. Good looking frog. Let us now how it works. Can't beat that price.

noticed that after i posted the pic.

i'll let yall know how the frog works out. i've caught a couple fish on my H20 cranks but havent really used em long enough to determine how durable they are gonna be.

since i'm posting pics of baits check these out i picked up at Bass Pro the other day

i dont know if it'll catch fish but it sure looked cool enough to catch this fisherman

I haven't even seen any soft plastics from them, but from different reviews and things I've read it looks like their cranks and rattle traps are great value baits, topwater baits are decent for the price, the rods and reels aren't a bad deal, and their mono line, spinnerbaits, jigs, and soft plastics are junk.
I've used and caught fish on the jigs, but the rattles and rattle collars keep falling off and the skirts slip around a lot, not good for throwing in heavy cover.
The topwater popper was pretty good, but I broke down and bought a yellow magic and that's all I use now

I bought an h2o frog last week... the hooks look jagged to the naked eye, but it caught fish.

My aunt gave me a 50$ gift card to BassPro for Easter. Will most likely spend it all on baits. Can't wait. God I love BPS.

Sometimes I think I'd rather BPS or Academy gift cards than cash...it's like know I can't use it for daily expenses so it's an excuse to go load up the tacklebox

I'm not a fan of their crankbaits, but that frog does look damn good. Especially for $3.50.

I agree 100%

If she gave me 50 cash I would spend it on booze and food most likely.

LINK

Some of the guys I know that do a lot of tournament fishing swear by it. Something about the way it darts/walks while it spits, the bass can't stand it.
But I live in constant fear of making a terrible cast and losing it in a tree

Is that the Koppers LiveTarget?
I've been eyeing those things hard since I played with them at the bassmasters classic expo in NOLA. I have a few things I need to order from tacklewarehouse after this semester ends, I think i'm gonna add 1 or 2 to my order to put it over 50 and get the free shipping

Have you fished it yet? How do you like it?

I have fished with it some, but it was early in the year and the conditions for a Topwater bite just were not good, so I have not caught one on it yet. But I like the quality of the bait by far the best of the 2 previous brands I was using.

Scum-had issued with the brass button style weight getting ripped off pretty much making the bait useless.

Spro-Good design and a good all around frog

Live Target-$1.00 more than the Spro but the details and quality is night and day better.
