Reminded of the 06 LSU team from another thread got me thinking, what are some of the best teams to never win it all in College football and the pros? No college bball teams because that would be an endless list. 06 LSU. 83 Redskins, I was too young to see this team in action but the sentiment among most Redskins fans is that this was arguably the best Redskins team of all time, at the least comparable to the 91 team. No one could stop their offense. Went 14-2 in the reg season with both losses by one point. Destroyed the Rams 51-7 in the playoffs and then beat the Montana/Walsh 49ers to go play the Raiders. Pretty much known the Skins were hungover in the SB and got their asses kicked. The 07 Patriots reminded me a lot of this team. I still think Brady was hungover in the SB against the Giants.

On the phone SCUBa. Don't you have a college football poll you should be working on.

Many old time Steelers will tell you their greatest team was in '76. But they were upset by the Raiders in the playoffs.
