Yeah...I know it's not a shocker, and the duck hunting ban was specifically for bald eagles. This looks at more recent bans in California, and the effects on turkey vultures and golden eagles.

Saw a bird last week pecking at a wheel-weight on the side of the road. Maybe it ain't all due to shot.
