just checked my credit score

and it is 813. How good or bad is that score. dont really understand how all the points system works. Looking to buy a house in the next 2 years so i am trying to get a better understanding what it needs to be so i could get a home loan.

while i have the money geniuses attention, just checked my bank account and it said i had a balance of $5,423,167. it's just my 6 month emergency fund, but should i have more?

I'd be embarrassed trying to get a loan with that credit score. You may try to increase your CC limits to try to improve that score first.

i pull 30-40 credit reports a month. I get 2 a year over 800. in the mortgage world anything overr 740 is a great score.

Its no BS. I just checked my credit report yesterday and that is what it said. and i dont really keep up with it to understand whats good or bad. shite i just pay my bills on time is all i do.
