all I can hit is singles an HR or I hit it right to the outfeilders. any one can help me to hit in the gaps or something thanks

I'm pretty sure there is already a thread with the exact same title you used. 
ETA: That thread has all the information you need. You probably are using a power hitter and need to improve your contact if I had to guess. I went with a contact guy and get tons of doubles and a smattering of triples and HRs as well.
