Heiner Brau bottles a Kolsch, but they've also decided to put it in a can. I think it really good. I been to Germany and had actual Kolsch and aside from getting the real stuff, I like it. It can get foamy though.

Haven't had it in a can yet, but very excited Heiner Brau went that route. Besides appearances, never makes any sense why craft brewers put their lovingly crafted beers into bottles which then sit in a warehouse and get skunky.

Plus cans travel easier, less waste, can crush against head, etc...

I've never had a good beer out of a can. That includes Oskar Blues Dales and Gordons. Gordons is great on draft but suck balls out of a can.

I agree with beers out of a can not normally tasting as good but this one surprised me.

Some brewers put items in their cans to inject things like nitrogen into the beer.. No clue if Heiner Brau does so. Prob has more to do with the beer not sitting in the can for a long time.
