So I had a brain fart and am on a mobile phone. If someone could just give me a quick refresher. Let me know if thisright...
Bring eater to a boil and add potatoes and onions. Boil for ~10 minutes. Add crawfish once rolling boil and boil for 4 min. Kill boiler and let soak. Once gas killed add sausage corn etc. Do I have the order and times right? Soak for 30 min. Sorry if this is posted but I'm on a phone and tough to search. I just kids forgot what order and times things go in for. Thanks

Pretty much, 4 min boil might be a little long esp this early in the season as the shells will be soft, forget the times and just remember to cook them till they float and soak them till they sink

After adding the crawfish, I let it return to a boil then kill the fire. Add ice immediately.
