That's good for his position. He doesn't need to be stronger than that. It's all about endurance with him.

15 reps of 219 lbs is not bad. Don't forget that he is a DB. Most DBs are not the strongest. If if he was a linebacker, running back or defensive lineman then I would be very worried.

Been saying all along maybe we shuldant be questoning Crowton but maybe Moffit?

He is. Doesn't mean he's the strongest. He's freak for how long he can work out for and well he does his technique.

Moffit is the best conditioning coach in the country. I've seen him work in person and he really is awesome.

When you have that little body fat and the anxiety problems he has you use more water than most people and it is very hard to stay hydrated.
