I know he had some sort of injury. I was hoping he slipped to us in the second round but with his record breaking 49 bench presses dont think he will make it out the 1st. Round.

I don't think he is there when we pick in the 2nd, but I think he would definitely be a solid addition to the D-line. That is, assuming we don't trade picks.

unless we are switching from playing football to a power lifting team, i don't think it carries as much weight as you think.

Well as stated in the link i posted he has won d-lineman player of the year twice in Pac-10
...we need run stopper but it was jus wishful thinking of mine he fell to us in the 2nd round. I think him n Ellis would be great together.

definitely gone by #56. I just mocked him or DT Wilkerson as serious considerations if on the board at #24 tho. I mocked DE Clayborn as the pick and went DT Phil Taylor Baylor in the 2nd.

Some info on him from a month ago HERE

Yes i have seen DT Taylor rising in some mock drafts as a late 1st or early 2nd. Seems to plug holes really good i wouldnt mind havin him in the 2nd round also havent seen video of him yet.

Taylor has a history with the law and is a lazy motor player, not worth the risk with first round money...

I hope we scout OT in R1. We could get a steal in solder who could anchor the line for a decade either side.

As good as Solder is its hard to ignore DE/DT as a need for us. Draft is deep for these so we should still get good value at 24th.

I have 3 or 4 OTs going before #24. Solder is top 3 if not #1.

OT is a complete unknown to us...

Charles Brown ready to step up as starter?

Bushrod contracted modestly enough?

If neither of those then OT can happen. I think it's likely one of those 2 will happen tho.

I like Paea a lot ! Would live him at 24.

Pick Paea at 24
Hopefully get a solid LB prospect in round two or 3 (Carter, Mathews, maybe even pick Sturdivant and move him to the Will)

Then Go EXTREMELY HARD after Ray Edwards on FA. If and when FA takes place.
