That is an outdoor edge swingblade.

that was pretty damn fast. That knife must be razor sharp as well judging by the way it was gliding through the hide.

after further review you are correct I believe this is actually the zip blade which is teh fixed blade version of the the swing blade.

I heard if you blow air in them with a compressor, it makes it much easier. i can neither confirm nor deny this though. i definately wouldnt even know how to go about doing that without getting shite everywhere.

i assume u put between muscle and fat. not sure, dont care, i will never clean a deer using that method.
