Grilling with Cedar Planks

I have a case of planks and was looking for recipes or secrets to cooking with them. I have flounder, red fish, and salmon to grill. It's a gorgeous day to light the pit!

Make sure you really soak them for the recommended time. Mine dried too fast and caught fire.
