Got YLOD on my PS3

I took it apart myself and found somebody to reflow it for me. I hope it works.
Just a reminder for everyone to backup their stuff to an external HD every now and again. The PS3 encrypts the HD, and the only way to have access to it is when it's in the original working machine.
My PS3 was the original 60gb, so it was a little over 4 years old. I had used a vacuum every now and again to keep the dust out. So it looks like it's hard to avoid over time.

Why didnt you just reflow it yourself?

I don't have a heatgun, and he uses some sort of board. This guy has done hundreds of reflows and has the right tools. He's going to reflow and add the compound for about the same price I'd pay a tube of compound. So I'd rather have him do it.
Most of the people that do it with a heat gun only seem to get a few weeks out of it. This guy said it should go for several months.
