Deion "Debo" Jones is a junior linebacker at Jesuit high school in new orleans that has received interest from alabama. he is listed at 6'1 195 as a junior and runs 4.48 in the 40. he was the district defensive player of the year, first team all metro and all state. he seems like the prototypical linebacker that chavis likes (smaller and very fast). he should add some weight and get over the 200 lb mark by his senior year. i just wanted to know if anyone else has heard anything about him. i couldnt find a highlight tape but i did find this one play clip. Next year looks like a good year for LA linebackers, that almost never happens. Granier, Collins, Deion Jones, Juwan Rogers of Amite, there's going to be more highly recruited LBs in state than there have been in a while.

What about the guy that had a good showing at the UA combine? Is he a LB or DE?

I'm not sure who you are talking about. I've seen Torhiro Davis listed as both, but I think he's going to be a DE all the way.

Yeah, Woodlawn HS in Shreveport. Has some big time offers already. Ensminger needs to get on him with a quickness.

I played this dude the past two seasons nd he is closer to 6'3 210 he is a BEAST, Coach Johnson from St. Aug told me that he was the best defender he has seen since he has been at St. Aug which is saying something imo

We're already on Davis.he has an offer.He has alrady said the lure of LSU is going to be hard to turn down.
