Les has not said publicly that he has no interest in the Michigan job. Pelini and ohters have done so.
Not sure Michigan has Les at the top of it's list, but Les' agent may see this as an opportunity to negotiate for some "extras", especially after a 10-2 season.
My gut tell sme this would be poor timeing, but will the effort be made? Could Les, for example , ask for another extension?
Never say never....

He will get his rollover and that's about it. If UM wants to pony up anything close to what Les is making, Les should take it. LSU should then have Mullen on speed dial and tell him to keep Chavis as d-cood.

ala. doubled the salary for football college salaries. Saban's contract signed for say $4 million dollars +. I believe nation wise $2 million should be tops. ala. is a very desperate state, I hope they go under.

Is there a real threat that anyone would take Miles?? If not, and I believe not, then NO! Almost 4 million a year is enough.

No, but his agent might.

Not likely after LSU gets blown out by a very improved Aggie team. A&M has gotten better all year while LSU has not.

Look for:

1. The same offensive ineptitude that has been a signature Tiger staple. At least one turnover that leads to easy Aggie points.

2. The (give up the) Big Play defense will fold late in the game as much due to the offense being limited as well as its inability to "get of the field."

I hate it, but nothing that this team has done leads to any other prediction IMHO. I hope that LM has got these guys ready to play their best game, by far, of the season.

If Alleva gives Miles one more dollar or one more day on his contract than he should canned on the spot.
