Have heard that there is a real chance Bama doesn't take him,not 100%, but they have thrown their hat into the Jacoby Brissett ring(more likely trying to get all 3 with his offer)and hear that Ely may be out regardless.How many of you guys would welcome the coaches going after him again if we miss on the other much discussed HS QB prospects?just curious to what you guys thoughts are?Thanks

But to answer your question I think no just because Mett is pretty much a sure thing. Then maybe if we miss out on Dak and Teddy then he might have a look.

Thanks guys.The same way I feel but wanted to know if others felt the same.I wouldn't even consider him if we miss on Prescott.I'm extremely confident on Mettenberger so i was pretty much asking about the situation if we don't land a 3rd qb from the hs kids we're after currently.

Ely will sign with Bama and we will sign 2 better.
