I am looking forward to the online but I am ready to dive into the story. ACII was great and kept me engaged like most single player games can't.

Gameinformer gave it a 9.25 in their magazine. Said the story was shorter than AC2, but the combat and environment was so much better.

I'm ready to get into it! ACII is the only game I've gotten a platinum trophy for.

I'm pretty impressed with how quickly its coming out too. Wasnt ACII just released earlier this year?
For a guy like me who doesnt care for the shooter games that dominate this board, I couldnt be happier.

There is just too much out right now
I still have Fall Out New Vegas to finish, now Black Ops, AC Brotherhood, and a few more games I am wanting to pick up. Would like to check out the new Star Wars and I also want to do the RDR Zombies.
I never finished the Halo campaign either and I really want to.
I still have some games in the shrink wrapping for PS3 and Xbox.
I still have Fall Out New Vegas to finish, now Black Ops, AC Brotherhood, and a few more games I am wanting to pick up. Would like to check out the new Star Wars and I also want to do the RDR Zombies.

Did you watch the videos for it on the dashboard? this looks as good if not better than the last 2. I'm thinking about picking it up too, but don't know how much time I would get into right now

I'm holding off on AC because these games usually drop in price pretty quickly and I've got to many other games that I haven't even opened. Hell, I never even stuck Gears of War 2 in my xbox

Exactly a year ago tomorrow. They're using the same engine and building architect that they did for ACII, so they didn't have to spend as much time smoothing out technical issues. Multiplayer and voice acting probably took the most time.
I'm really excited for this one, but probably won't pick it up until the semester ends. Not expecting a lot of innovation in the way of gameplay... it should be what Fallout: New Vegas is to Fallout 3. I still can't get enough of this story, though.

I like the story, although I dont have much patience for the parts when Desmond wakes up. I like to stay in the past, jumping around buildings and stabbing innocent people in the back.

Hmm still not sure. The two trailers I've seen on the Assassin Creed site say Nov 19th. but the trailer I just saw on TV said Nov 16th. Guess I'll check tomorrow.

I've been waiting for this game since the scene in the Vatican from ACII. One of the coolest, most suspenseful sequences ever, IMO.

It's not the end of the series like AC3 is supposed to be. Think expansion or something along those lines.
