Graham was the first chef at Lafayette's. The guy that owns the crawfish joint on Evangeline Thrwy was the owner of Lafayettes. It was good when it first opened, but went down the last year of existence.
Try Bonnie Bells - is really good (at least the last time I had it - a little over a year ago).
